Data Deletion Instructions

Auto Engage provides users with full control over their personal data.

1. Deleting Your Account

To delete your account:

1. Log into your Auto Engage account

2. Go to Settings

3. Select Delete Account

4. Confirm your request

2. Request Deletion via Email

You may also request deletion by emailing:

[Insert Email]

Include:

• Your full name

• Account email

• Request type (account deletion or specific data removal)

3. Processing Timeline

• Requests are processed within 7–30 days

• You will receive confirmation once completed

4. What Data Is Deleted

• Account profile and credentials

• Contact lists and campaign data

• Messaging history (unless legally required to retain)

5. Data Retained (If Required)

We may retain limited data for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Financial record-keeping

6. Deleting Data from Meta Integrations

If you connected Auto Engage via Meta platforms:

1. Go to your Facebook account settings

2. Navigate to Business Integrations

3. Select Auto Engage

4. Click Remove

This will revoke data access immediately.
