• Digital Marketing
• Content Creation
• Branding & Strategy
• Google-related services (Ads, Analytics, SEO)

All services are subject to individual agreements, quotations, or contracts where applicable.

3. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 7–14 days unless stated otherwise
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• Final payment is required before project delivery or launch
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services

4. Revisions & Scope

• Projects include a limited number of revisions (as agreed)
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately
• Any major changes after approval may affect timelines and costs

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide all required content, assets, and information on time
• Ensure they have rights to any materials supplied
• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
• 6foot5 Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
• Any unpaid work remains the property of 6foot5 Media

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, analytics). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

6foot5 Media is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party platforms

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

• Work completed up to termination must be paid for
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
