Shaun Bartlett’s story is one South Africa knows well. He grew up in Cape Town, played for Bafana Bafana and went on to a career overseas. The Foundation he co-founded with his wife Juanita puts that experience to work for young people. It pairs football training with high school and tertiary scholarships, under the slogan “Let’s dream again.”

That combination is what drew us in. Only a few young players ever turn professional, but an education and a sense of purpose help every one of them. The Foundation builds that kind of future.

For us, this sponsorship isn’t about putting our logo on a banner. We’re a Cape Town business that cares about the community we work in, and we want our support to help young people get a real start.

It also fits our own work. Through our Launch Pad initiative, we help young entrepreneurs and small businesses get online. The Foundation backs young people on the field and in the classroom, and we back them as they build businesses. Both come from the same belief that people do better when someone invests in them early.
